Overview
The Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) course is designed for experienced Scrum Masters who want to enhance their skills and become effective servant-leaders. This course dives deep into the stances that characterize an exceptional Scrum Master and equips participants with the practices, tools, and skills to excel in their role. Through this course, Scrum Masters will learn how to support development teams, product owners, and the organization, while creating an environment that fosters agility.

Prerequisites
This course is designed for experienced Scrum Masters with at least one year of Scrum Master experience. Participants should have a thorough understanding of the Scrum framework.

- Exploring different stances of a Scrum Master: Teacher, Coach & Mentor, Facilitator, Change Agent
- Applying the appropriate stance based on the situation or circumstance

- Helping management and stakeholders understand the benefits of Scrum and Agile
