Overview
The SAP BW (Business Warehouse)certification validates core skills in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) using SAP S/4HANA. Designed for consultants, this certification covers essential warehouse operations, including resource management, inbound and outbound processes, and internal inventory processes. It is suitable for individuals working with both SAP S/4HANA Cloud and on-premise solutions and aids in planning and implementation phases under guidance.
Objectives
By the end of this course, leaner will be able to:
- Understand and structure the SAP EWM Warehouse framework and manage master data effectively.
- Implement inbound processes, including value-added services and cross-docking with SAP EWM.
- Execute outbound processes like wave management, production integration, and cross-docking.
- Handle exceptions and manage labor, batches, and serial numbers within EWM.
- Integrate SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA, customizing master data and delivery documents
Prerequisites
- Familiarity with warehouse management processes.
- Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA and ERP fundamentals.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
