Overview
The SAFe Agilist Certification Training equips participants with the knowledge and skills to lead agile transformations using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This course focuses on implementing lean-agile principles, managing enterprise-level solutions, and fostering collaboration across teams to drive business agility.
Objectives
By the end of this course, leaner will be able to:
- Understand and apply SAFe principles and practices to achieve enterprise agility.
- Align strategy and execution by fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Execute Program Increment (PI) planning and coordinate multiple agile release trains (ARTs).
- Deliver value efficiently by adopting Lean-Agile principles and DevOps practices.
- Implement lean portfolio management to connect business goals with execution.
Prerequisites
- A basic understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Scrum frameworks and practices.
- Experience working in agile teams or projects.
- A minimum of five years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, or project management.
- Access to the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe) material during the training.
